Chocolate Chip Cookie Front and Back-
With Buff and H hook, ch 2.
Rnd 1- Work 6 sc in second ch from hook, sl st to join rnd. (6 sc)
Rnd 2- 2 sc in each sc acround. (12 sc)
Rnd 3- 1 sc in first sc, 2 sc in next sc, rep around. (18 sc)
Rnd 4- 1 sc in each of first 2 sc, 2 sc in  next sc, rep around. (24 sc)
Rnd 5- 1 sc in each of first 3 sc, 2 sc in next sc, rep around. (30 sc)
Rnd 6- 1 sc in each of first 4 sc, 2 sc in next sc, rep around. (36 sc)
Rnd 7- 1 sc in each of first 5 sc, 2 sc in next sc, rep around. (42 sc)
Rnd 8- 1 sc in each sc around. (42 sc) Fasten off, weave in tails.

Back Cookie-
Thread blunt needle with a long piece of Coffee yarn and stitch the "Chocolate Chips" according to your taste all over the circle for the Back Cookie of the rattle.
To make a "Chip" simple make 3 small straight stitches across a chosen sc or from center of one sc to center of next sc, either way works fine. You don't have to Fasten off, simple move around, without pulling the yarn, because that would
deform the "Cookie" and pull in the other "Chips" that you have made. When you are done, fasten off and weave in tail.
Front Cookie-
Thread blunt needle with Coffee and stitch "Chocolate Chips" as before but only around the last 4 rounds of the Front Cookie, and more scattered than you did on the Back, to give room for the Features of the Face. Fasten off, weave in tail.
Face-
Nose-
Thread blunt needle with Buff and stitch 7 straight stitches across the first round of Front Cookie to form Nose, almost covering completely the first rnd. Fasten off and weave in tails at Back of Cookie.
Mouth-
Thread blunt needle with Cherry Red and embroider Mouth as seen in photos, across at least 10 sc at the bottom of Rnd 5 of Front Cookie, making two long stitches at the beginning and end of Mouth for the corners of it. Fasten off, weave in tail at Back of Cookie.
Eyes-
Thread blunt needle with Black and make 4 straight sts for each Eye, on Rnd 4, to the side and above the Nose.
Eyebrows-
Make two straight sts across 3 sc above the Eyes. Fasten off Black, weave in tails at Back of Cookie.
Peanur Butter Ice Cream-
Join Soft Brown to Back Loop of last Rnd of Front Cookie.
Rnd 1- Make 1 sc in each sc around. (42 sc)
Rnd 2- Working in Both Loops, make 1 sc in each sc around. (42 sc)
Rnd 3- (Beginning from Top of Head) 1 sc in each of first 22 sc, ch 6, skip 6 sc, 1 sc in each sc till end of rnd. (42 sts, 36 sc + 6 ch)
Note- The opening that we just made is for securing the rattle Handle better so that Yu-Yum's Had won't flop badly.
Rnd 4- 1 sc in each sc and in each ch around. Fasten off, leaving long tail to sew with.

Handle-
Note- There are diffrerent size of cat balls, if your ball is large, proceed as follows:
With Cherry Red and H hook, ch 2.
Rnd 1- Work 6 sc in second ch from hook. (6 sc)
Rnd 2- 2 sc in each sc around. (12 sc)
Rnd 3- 1 sc in first sc, 2 sc in next sc, rep around. (18 sc)
Rnd 4- 1 sc in each of first 2 sc, 2 sc in next sc, rep around. (24 sc)
Rnd 5- 1 sc in each sc around. (24 sc)
Insert Cat Ball.
If your crocheting reaches the middle of the Ball, make 1 extra rnd of 24 sc, if it covers it pretty much, begin to reduce yoiur stitches as follows (your Ball doesn't have to be loose in there):
Rnd 6- 1 sc in first sc, sc2tog over next 2 sc, rep around. (18 sc)
Rnd 7- 1 sc in each of first 2 sc, sc2tog over next 2 sc, rep around. (12 sc)

If Your Rattling Item is Smaller (Mine was) Use crochet hook size F and only work till rnd 3, and then jump to rnd 7. (Your Cat Ball or Rattling Item is now encased in crochet, let's continue with the Handle.)
Rest of the Handle-
Second Ball-
Note- Stuff as you go. If your Ball is large, continue working with H hook, if smaller, continue working with F hook.
Rnd 1- 1 sc in each sc around. (12 sc)
Rnd 2- 1 sc in first sc, 2 sc in next sc, rep around. (18 sc)
Rnd 3- 1 sc in each of first 2 sc, 2 sc in next sc, rep around. (24 sc)
Rnds 4 to 6- 1 sc in each sc around. (24 sc)
Rnd 7- 1 sc in first sc, sc2tog over next 2 sc, rep around. (18 sc)
Rnd 8- 1 sc in each of first 2 sc, sc3tog over next 2 sc, [1 sc in each of next 2 sc, sc2tog over next 2 sc,]rep around. (12 sc)
Top Of Handle-
Rnd 1- 1 sc in each sc around. (12 sc)
Rnd 2- 1 sc in each sc around. (12 sc)
Rnd 3- 1 sc in each sc around. (12 sc)
Rnd 4- 1 sc in each sc around. (12 sc)

Stuff last part of Handle and insert it through the Hole at the Bottom of Yum-Yum's Front all the way to the 1st Rnd of Top Handle (Rnd 1 of Handle), thread a blunt needle with Soft Brown and sew Top of Handle around the Holde to secure the Handle to Yum-hum's Head.
Fasten off and weave in tail making sure to secure it well inside the Cookie so the Handle won't come off. Stuff Cookie (flatly), making sure there are no lumps nor empty spots. Using Soft Brown tail you left over and sew Back of Cookie to Front of Cookie around the "Peanut Butter Ice Cream" section.
Fasten off, weave in tail.

Done!

Don't Remain Down
