Chubby Funmigurumi Hippo

Best Blog Tips

A baby was born today in the Funmigurumi world, and of course, his name is Chubby.

Square, pillow toys are my signature Amigurumi. Although I love to explore new possibilities and try new designs, I always go back to my signature line, because I enjoy creating toys in that shape. That shape has become to me a creative palette.
For me, the most important thing in a toy are two factors: Color and cuteness.
The color has to jump at you and the face has to be cute and funny. I think that Chubby has that cornered, don't you? Here's the free pattern so you can make one of your own. Enjoy!

Bend the yarn around your index finger and make a loop, pass all the yarn through that loop (you can help yourself with the hook if you want to) move the loop down, as close as possible to the end of the chain before tightening it.
